Patient Information

Eye Services

If you’re looking for comprehensive eye care with a personal touch, we hope you’ll give us a call. We know we will exceed your expectations. Some information that you may find useful as a new or established patient is listed below. We look forward to the opportunity of serving your needs.

Before you arrive for your first initial appointment, we would like to share with you some things to expect during your visit… You should bring your insurance card, prescription eyeglasses and/or contact lenses, list medications including any eye drops with the dosages you are taking.  Be prepared for a dilated eye exam that could take 2-3 hours in the office. During your examination, it may be necessary to dilate your pupils. Dilation results in light sensitivity and blurring of your near vision. These side effects typically last between 3 to 5 hours. To reduce light sensitivity following dilation, if you forget to bring your own sunglasses the receptionist will have a disposable pair.
